Naval Architect (m/f)

About the role

We are seeking a Naval Architect to join our team in Pula, Croatia, focusing on hull structural design across various vessel projects.

Key responsibilities

• Concept design of new vessels, including general arrangements and technical specifications.
• Perform structural calculations using classification societies’ software (e.g., MARS, Nauticus Hull, 3D Beam) and create 3D models of hull structures with NAPA Steel.
• Conduct stability analysis, hull form design, and finite element analysis, and produce classification drawings and documentation.
• Participate in quality control, project management, and occasional on‑site work lasting from a few days up to 1‑2 months.

Required profile

• Solid basic knowledge of naval architecture and enthusiasm to learn.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for on‑site assignments.

Required skills

• Experience or familiarity with MARS, Nauticus Hull, 3D Beam.
• 3D modelling of hull structural elements using NAPA Steel.
• Finite Elements Analysis for hull structures.
