About the role

We are looking for a proactive Shift Manager to lead our store teams across Zagreb, Dubrovnik and Split. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, motivating staff, and delivering excellent service to pet owners.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to plan and achieve branch objectives.
• Lead, train and motivate the shift team.
• Organise the allocation of operational tasks during your shift.
• Create and manage the work schedule for staff.
• Monitor and control inventory levels in the store.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventories.
• Assist customers and identify the needs of their pets.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the store.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar retail position.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Good command of Croatian; knowledge of English is a plus.
