About the role

The Program Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining visual standards across the program area. You will lead a team, manage inventory, and ensure a pleasant shopping environment for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve program sales plan and uphold visual standards.
• Lead and develop a team of store employees.
• Conduct sales conversations and drive customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage stock turnover, place orders and handle complaints.
• Perform regular inventories and maintain cleanliness of the sales floor.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar retail role.
• Good knowledge of non‑food product assortment.
• Strong sales and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Proactive, independent work style with leadership abilities.
• Completed secondary education and a valid B‑category driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office suite.
• Experience with retail information systems (POS software).
• Forklift operation certification (preferred).
