About the role

New Yorker Croatia is looking for a motivated Shift Manager to lead store operations in the Špansko/Buzin area of Zagreb. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily activities, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Co‑responsibility for turnover and inventory results.
  • Oversee the operational processes of the store.
  • Manage key performance indicators.
  • Train and develop store staff.
  • Create staffing plans.
  • Operate the cash register.
  • Receive and properly display merchandise.

Required profile

  • Trade or economic secondary school or higher education (SSS/VŠS/VSS).
  • Proven experience in management.
  • Work experience in textile sales.
  • Customer‑oriented and service‑focused attitude.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and flexibility.
  • Interest in fashion and New Yorker trends.
