About the role

New Yorker Croatia is looking for a motivated Shift Manager to lead store operations in the Špansko/Buzin area of Zagreb. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily activities, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities

Co‑responsibility for turnover and inventory results.
Oversee the operational processes of the store.
Manage key performance indicators.
Train and develop store staff.
Create staffing plans.
Operate the cash register.
Receive and properly display merchandise.

Required profile

Trade or economic secondary school or higher education (SSS/VŠS/VSS).
Proven experience in management.
Work experience in textile sales.
Customer‑oriented and service‑focused attitude.
Strong planning and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication skills and flexibility.
Interest in fashion and New Yorker trends.
