About the role

The Transport Service Manager will lead the planning, execution and continuous improvement of all transport activities for the company. You will be responsible for developing strategies, overseeing container shipments and ensuring compliance with legal and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Propose, improve and implement transport solutions and strategies.
• Supervise and manage container transportation.
• Define and monitor KPIs for all transport modes.
• Organise tender procedures and negotiate with business partners.
• Ensure compliance with transport legislation and manage cargo insurance.
• Recommend acquisition of vehicles and work machines according to business needs.
• Prepare reports, analyse project efficiency and evaluate results.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in traffic, economics or maritime studies.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in transport management and operations.
• Knowledge of road, maritime, rail and air transport markets.
• Familiarity with transport‑related legal regulations.
• Experience maintaining vehicle and equipment fleets.
• Analytical and organised mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
