About the role

The Group Procurement Manager will lead the development and execution of procurement strategy for the entire Group. You will be responsible for establishing procedures, annual plans and centralised purchasing models that support the business units across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define procurement strategy, procedures and annual plans for the Group.
• Analyse consumption and needs of business units, categorise spend and set priorities.
• Manage the full tender process: define requirements with experts, prepare documentation, qualify suppliers, compare offers, negotiate and recommend selections.
• Negotiate framework agreements, pricing, delivery terms, payment conditions, warranties and service standards.
• Implement a central contracting and purchasing model enabling timely ordering across locations.
• Evaluate total cost, quality, availability, sustainability, service support and supply risks.
• Monitor contracts, supplier performance, delivery quality, complaints and supply continuity.
• Prepare procurement reports and KPIs covering spend by category, price savings, delivery timeliness and risk exposure.
• Collaborate with operational, investment, finance, legal and management teams to plan seasonal and multi‑year procurement needs.
