About the role

Hemco, a 35‑year‑old manufacturer of protective clothing for energy, construction, medical, HoReCa, logistics and other industries, is looking for an experienced and proactive Regional Sales Manager. You will lead a team of field sales representatives, build long‑term customer relationships and drive sales growth in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives, monitoring their performance.
• Plan and deliver training sessions, workshops and continuous skill development.
• Support sales reps in complex negotiations and key accounts to ensure successful outcomes.
• Analyse market trends, define and track KPIs, and propose process improvements.
• Set weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets and report on progress.
• Coordinate public tenders, project documentation and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with internal departments – development, production, procurement, logistics and finance.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics or a related field (VSS).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial or protective‑gear markets.
• Proactive, result‑oriented and responsible attitude.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using a CRM system.
