Program Manager (m/ž)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Program Manager to lead our retail program in Šibenik. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the program’s sales plan and ensure compliance with visual standards.
• Manage a team of store employees.
• Conduct sales conversations and drive customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and control inventory turnover regularly.
• Order merchandise and handle supplier relations.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• Carry out regular inventory counts.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales area.
• Create a welcoming environment for shoppers.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in a similar retail role.
• Good knowledge of non‑food product assortment.
• Open, friendly attitude and strong sales skills.
• Independent, proactive work style with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Leadership and organizational abilities.
• Excellent command of MS Office and retail IT systems.
• Experience managing a team.
• Completed secondary education (SSS).
• Valid category B driver’s licence.
• Forklift operation certificate (advantage, not mandatory).
