About the role

The company is looking for a Store Manager to lead its exclusive brand outlet in Rijeka. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining brand standards, and developing a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with brand image and standards.
• Achieve sales targets for exclusive brand products.
• Recruit, train, and motivate store staff.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare reports and analyse performance metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in sales, preferably with premium or exclusive brands.
• At least one year in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive attitude, responsibility, and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to continuously improve and develop professionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and general computer use.
• Good command of English for everyday communication.
