About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Auto Benussi in Rijeka. The role involves overseeing the entire sales process, from quotation to delivery, and building strong relationships with fleet and B2B customers.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and lead the sales team’s daily activities
• Manage the sales process from offer creation to vehicle delivery
• Develop and maintain relationships with key fleet and B2B customers
• Set, monitor and achieve sales targets
• Control vehicle inventory and demo fleet
• Negotiate with major customers and partners
• Collaborate with other departments within the company
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and manufacturer standards

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a sales team
• Strong organisational, communication and negotiation abilities
• Strategic thinking with a results‑oriented mindset
• Valid B‑category driving licence

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred)
