About the role

The company seeks a proactive Sales Engineer to promote analytical laboratory equipment across Croatia. The role combines field visits, client acquisition, and coordination with internal teams to drive sales of high‑tech instrumentation.

Key responsibilities

• Visit existing customers and identify new prospects, working on‑site three days per week.
• Maintain and update the project pipeline, prepare and monitor business plans.
• Coordinate with other departments, partners, manufacturers, and sister companies.
• Create presentations, promotional campaigns, and organise seminars.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to sales strategy development.
• Manage order records and prepare quotations and calculations together with sales and service teams.
• Develop offers for public tenders and support sponsorship at congresses and meetings.

Required profile

• Higher or secondary education in chemistry, biotechnology or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong project coordination and time‑management skills.
• Ability to follow established procedures and adapt to change.
• Team‑player attitude.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in the field.
• Valid category B driving licence.
