About the role

The company is looking for an experienced manager to lead its jewellery store and branch operations. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets while ensuring a high‑standard customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and meet defined sales goals.
• Motivate, train, and develop staff, delegating tasks as needed.
• Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and drive team involvement in sales.
• Organise work plans, control productivity, and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and guidelines.
• Display jewellery, advise clients, and handle sales transactions.
• Maintain store assortment, cleanliness, and overall presentation.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar retail or branch management role.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to make quick decisions and take responsibility.
• Positive attitude toward work and people.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with MS Office.
