About the role
The company is looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead a pet‑store location in Zagreb. You will set the example for your team, ensure product availability and create a welcoming environment for pet owners.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team through coaching, training and daily feedback.
- Organise the store layout, maintain product availability and visual standards.
- Implement company policies and legal regulations.
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and promoting pet‑related products.
- Make quick decisions, especially under pressure, to keep operations running smoothly.
Required profile
- Secondary or higher education in commerce or economics.
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience.
- English at B1 level.
- High resilience, motivation and ability to work under stress.
- Proven team‑management and decision‑making skills.
