About the role

INTERSPORT is looking for an energetic Store Manager to lead its Trogir location. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, ensuring a high‑standard shopping experience and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and organise daily store operations.
  • Manage, mentor and motivate the sales team.
  • Monitor sales results and ensure targets are met.
  • Oversee inventory, ordering and receipt of merchandise.
  • Maintain visual standards and store appearance.
  • Create a positive, professional customer experience.

Required profile

  • Proven experience leading a sales team.
  • Strong organisational and communication abilities.
  • Result‑oriented with problem‑solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and proactive mindset.
  • Ability to transfer knowledge and inspire colleagues.
