About the role

INTERSPORT is looking for an energetic Store Manager to lead its Trogir location. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, ensuring a high‑standard shopping experience and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

Lead and organise daily store operations.
Manage, mentor and motivate the sales team.
Monitor sales results and ensure targets are met.
Oversee inventory, ordering and receipt of merchandise.
Maintain visual standards and store appearance.
Create a positive, professional customer experience.

Required profile

Proven experience leading a sales team.
Strong organisational and communication abilities.
Result‑oriented with problem‑solving skills.
Positive attitude and proactive mindset.
Ability to transfer knowledge and inspire colleagues.
