About the role

We are looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead the Jacadi Paris boutique in Split. The role combines daily retail operations with strategic marketing initiatives, aiming to boost sales and strengthen the brand’s presence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive daily operational improvements and enforce brand standards in the store.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, supporting promotional activities and achieving targets.
• Monitor and enhance sales performance using KPI tools.
• Lead and manage a team of five employees, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Coordinate with other retail locations and ensure compliance with retail and wholesale processes.
• Stay updated on legal regulations affecting retail operations.
• Oversee inventory, place orders, and conduct stock counts.
• Analyze sales data to inform decision‑making.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, trade, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar retail or sales role.
• Strong commitment to high standards and teamwork.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High sense of responsibility, initiative, and energy.
• Proactive, creative, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good computer literacy.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Basic knowledge of retail and wholesale principles; experience in children’s clothing is a plus.
