About the role

TEDi, a leading international discount retailer, is expanding its presence in Croatia and seeks motivated Store Managers for several locations. You will be responsible for running the daily operations of the store, ensuring compliance with company standards and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the store according to corporate guidelines and concepts.
• Create work schedules and manage annual leave planning for staff.
• Train and onboard new employees.
• Organise product presentation and merchandising.
• Oversee cash registers, treasury balance and cash reconciliation.
• Manage receipt and issuance of merchandise.
• Maintain store cleanliness and order.

Required profile

• Completed secondary or higher education (preference for retail studies).
• Proven experience in managing a retail outlet and ability to motivate staff.
• High motivation, dedication and reliable work ethic.
• Strong organisational abilities and confident appearance.
• Team‑player capable of handling increased workload.
• Independent, proactive and trustworthy.
