About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the local office of SKUBA Croatia, overseeing sales, delivery, and inventory operations for truck spare parts. This role combines team leadership, market analysis, and close interaction with key transport customers.

Key responsibilities

• Master the product range and operational processes of SKUBA Croatia.
• Lead, motivate and organise the work of sales representatives and delivery staff.
• Analyse market trends, monitor competitor activity and acquire new customers within the branch area.
• Negotiate commercial terms, discounts and payment schedules with transport company owners and service managers.
• Optimise stock levels by classifying fast‑moving parts versus order‑based items.
• Maintain deep knowledge of heavy‑vehicle mechanics, braking systems, air suspension and specific spare‑part brands.
• Utilise original truck manufacturer catalogs and ERP systems for parts ordering and replacement programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Precise, systematic work approach.

Required skills

• Knowledge of spare parts for commercial vehicles.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using ERP systems and manufacturer catalogs.
