About the role

The Business Operations Manager will lead the daily operations of a real‑estate agency branch, working closely with owners and senior management. This role combines strategic oversight, team leadership, and market analysis to drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the agency branch, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day activities.
• Manage, mentor and develop the sales team.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding and training new agents.
• Monitor sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee property documentation and approval for advertising.
• Coordinate with marketing on promotion of priority listings.
• Attend strategic meetings with investors, partners and key clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Analyse market trends and competition, proposing sales and marketing strategies.
• Prepare financial and sales reports and analyse results.
• Suggest process improvements and implement digital solutions.
• Collaborate with accounting and administrative teams.
• Resolve daily organisational and operational challenges.

Required profile

• University degree (VSS); experience in real estate, sales or marketing is a plus.
• Proven experience leading a sales or operational team.
• Strong organisational, leadership and motivational abilities.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, multitask and set priorities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self‑reliant, reliable and proactive problem‑solver.
• Good sense of business opportunities and market trends.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written); additional languages are advantageous.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with CRM systems and other digital business tools.
