About the role

We are expanding our real‑estate team in Split and are looking for motivated individuals who want to build a career as property agents, whether you are just starting out or already have sales experience. The position can be based on an employment contract or a training agreement, with guidance from an experienced mentor.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and qualify potential clients.
• Manage property listings from acquisition to presentation.
• Conduct viewings, negotiate offers and close sales.
• Prepare marketing materials and maintain property databases.
• Collaborate with a mentor throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Strong communication and professional attitude.
• Self‑motivated, responsible and eager to learn.
• Demonstrate independence and accountability in daily tasks.
• For entry‑level candidates: good sales mindset and willingness to be coached.
• For experienced agents: proven track record in real‑estate transactions.
