About the role

The Department Manager for Disinfection, Decontamination and Deratization (DDD) will lead the team in Zagreb, overseeing all operational activities and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

Manage staff and daily operations in disinfection, decontamination and deratization.
Monitor legal regulations and communicate with relevant authorities.
Drive expansion of services within the DDD domain.
Track tenders and prepare competitive offers.
Prepare detailed reports on activities and results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Required profile

Degree in sanitary engineering, biology engineering or a master’s in sanitary engineering.
Active use of the English language.
Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite.
Strong analytical abilities.
Proven excellence in managing financial results.
Ability to work independently.
Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills in a challenging environment.
Valid B‑category driving licence.
