About the role

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Procurement Manager to join our team in Zagreb. The role involves leading the purchasing function, ensuring the timely and cost‑effective acquisition of goods and services needed for our installation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic procurement plans, organizing and optimizing the purchase of goods and services.
• Research the market, identify and evaluate new suppliers, and maintain relationships with existing ones.
• Negotiate terms, prices and delivery schedules to secure the most favorable conditions.
• Monitor market trends, analyse data and propose efficiency improvements.
• Manage supplier contracts and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Collaborate closely with sales, operations and finance departments to align needs and guarantee continuous supply.
• Track inventory levels and optimise order quantities.
• Prepare procurement reports and analyses.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation, communication and organisational abilities.
• Analytical problem‑solving approach and decision‑making capability.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Valid category B driving licence.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Competent with the Microsoft Office suite.
