About the role

The company seeks a dedicated Cost Estimator for mechanical works to support the preparation of offers and manage cost control throughout project phases. The role involves close interaction with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate budgeting and competitive pricing.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse and develop cost calculations for mechanical works for tender offers.
• Create detailed cost estimates for heating, cooling, ventilation, water supply, sewage and other mechanical installations.
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal prices.
• Maintain the construction diary and official construction book.
• Monitor and analyse costs and budgets across all phases of mechanical works, controlling monthly financial statements.
• Research market price trends for materials and services.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of norms and technical regulations for mechanical installations (heating, cooling, ventilation, water supply, sewage, etc.).
• Analytical, precise, responsible, with high discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills, adaptability and willingness to integrate into the existing team.
