About the role

The Food and Beverage Manager will lead the operations of the hotel’s restaurant, club and café bar, ensuring high quality service and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Organise daily work and supervise the restaurant, club and café bar.
• Plan activities, monitor inventory levels and maintain required standards.
• Collaborate with procurement, kitchen and other hotel departments.
• Keep accurate records and reports.
• Continuously improve the food and beverage offering.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience as a chef.
• Conversational English proficiency.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Motivated, positive and flexible, able to work occasional overtime and under pressure.
• Team‑oriented attitude.
