About the role
The Food and Beverage Manager will lead the operations of the hotel’s restaurant, club and café bar, ensuring high quality service and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Organise daily work and supervise the restaurant, club and café bar.
- Plan activities, monitor inventory levels and maintain required standards.
- Collaborate with procurement, kitchen and other hotel departments.
- Keep accurate records and reports.
- Continuously improve the food and beverage offering.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of experience as a chef.
- Conversational English proficiency.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Motivated, positive and flexible, able to work occasional overtime and under pressure.
- Team‑oriented attitude.
