About the role

The Electrical Works Manager will independently lead, organise and supervise electrical installation works on construction sites in Zagreb and surrounding areas. This position requires close cooperation with investors, supervising engineers and project managers from partner companies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and monitor the execution of electrical installation works.
• Allocate tasks to assemblers, technicians and subcontractors and track work progress.
• Analyse project documentation, prepare and control cost estimates, maintain the construction log and daily diary.
• Ensure quality of completed works, including testing and certification of installations.
• Coordinate with investors, supervising engineers and project managers of partner firms.

Required profile

• Higher or university degree in electrical engineering.
• Registered member of the professional chamber.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing electrical installation projects on construction sites.
• Familiarity with modern electrical equipment and technologies (high and low voltage).
• Proficient use of MS Office suite.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Eplan software.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
