About the role

Adria Globe d.o.o. is looking for an entrepreneurial and enthusiastic individual to lead children’s workshops and support B2B business development on a part‑time basis. You will combine hands‑on work with kids using the Edukido methodology and active field sales, brand promotion and partnership building.

Key responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales, develop new business and expand the Edukido brand in hotels, shopping centres and schools.
• Negotiate and communicate proactively with directors, animation/marketing managers, centre managers, school principals and kindergarten heads.
• Secure seasonal workshop contracts, weekend events, birthday parties and field activities.
• Promote and position the Edukido brand across Rijeka, Kvarner and beyond.
• Prepare professional proposals, manage email correspondence and lead meetings.
• Plan, prepare and deliver workshops according to the Edukido methodology in schools, offices and B2B events.
• Organise themed birthday workshops and maintain educational equipment and a stimulating environment for children.

Required profile

• Strong B2B sales, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Excellent business writing skills for proposals, letters and emails.
• Completed or ongoing higher education in pedagogy, economics, communication or social sciences.
• Independent, proactive and able to represent the company professionally.
• Passion for working with children and the Edukido concept.
• Flexible schedule combining workshops, meetings, field work and occasional weekend events.
• Valid B‑category driving licence (preferred).

• Social media management (Facebook, Instagram) for brand promotion.
• Event management and coordination.
• Business writing for proposals and email communication.
