About the role

We are looking for a Senior Production Specialist to join our historic meat‑processing plant in Petrinja. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of production lines, maintaining quality standards and supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and operate production lines.
• Perform mechanical and programming adjustments before and during production.
• Monitor product quality throughout technological processes.
• Control and correct process parameters in real time.
• Coordinate line work and staff activities.
• Maintain line hygiene according to HACCP principles.
• Enter data using accompanying documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma, preferably with a technical focus.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Willingness to work in production and in shifts.
• Team‑player attitude, proactive, responsible and organized.
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.

Required skills

• Mechanical adjustments of production equipment.
• Programming adjustments of line controls.
• Understanding of HACCP hygiene standards.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
