About the role

The State Intellectual Property Office seeks a senior advisor specialist to lead the development and delivery of educational programmes and services in the field of intellectual property. The role involves high‑level coordination with national, regional and international partners, supporting both internal and public training initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement complex educational programmes, activities and services for internal and public training in intellectual property, while monitoring sector developments and managing communication with organisations at national, regional and international levels.
• Lead initiatives on the application of intellectual property in relevant economic and social sectors, track scientific and applied research related to IP utilisation, and participate in their implementation.
• Prepare and execute technical assistance projects and cooperation programmes with international and regional organisations and national IP offices.
• Implement IP strategies and related innovation, creative and other economic and social activity strategies.

Required profile

• Level 7.1. senior or associate of HKO in technical, natural, social or humanities sciences.
• Minimum five years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated notable results in the relevant field.
• Passed the state exam of level II* (or commitment to pass within 12 months of employment).
