About the role

solution4you is looking for a motivated Sales Representative / Field Sales Agent to join its dynamic team. The role involves visiting existing customers, acquiring new ones, and promoting the company’s products and services across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to existing clients and prospect new customers in the designated area.
• Present and sell the company’s products and services.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Analyze sales results and propose improvement measures.
• Participate in planning and executing sales campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports on field activities and outcomes.
• Educate customers about product features and benefits.

Required profile

• Secondary education, preferably in economics or commerce.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or commercial role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, independent, and result‑oriented.
• Valid B‑category driving licence and willingness to work on the road.
• Organised, responsible and capable of problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
