About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our growing retail team in Zagreb. You will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and contributing to the store’s sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Sell merchandise and provide customer advice.
• Prepare and control goods for sale, including price labeling.
• Achieve set sales goals.
• Understand and manage retail sales processes.
• Suggest improvements to store operations.

Required profile

• Strong sense of responsibility and interest in working for a growing company.
• Enjoy interacting with customers and teamwork.
• Good communication, organization, and flexibility.
• Honesty, accuracy, and reliability.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with computers and mobile devices.
