About the role

We are looking for a leader who connects organization, team development and operational excellence. In this position you will develop the team, coordinate daily store processes and actively contribute to achieving the store’s commercial goals. Through mentorship, continuous learning and leading by example you will motivate colleagues, monitor commercial results and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coach the store team to improve performance.
• Coordinate daily operational processes and ensure smooth store functioning.
• Monitor commercial results and work towards achieving sales targets.
• Contribute to delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Required profile

• At least 6 months experience in a similar retail leadership role.
• Strong leadership abilities and organizational skills.
• Active knowledge of English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commercial mindset and understanding of retail business.
