About the role

The Transaction Advisor will support clients in managing their current and future financial health, identify opportunities for improvement, and promote the bank's products and services. You will work in a dynamic branch environment, learning the fundamentals of digital banking while following a predefined career development plan.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on their financial situation and future goals.
• Identify and pursue opportunities that improve clients' financial outcomes.
• Sell bank and partner products and services.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team in the branch.
• Learn the basics of digital banking.
• Participate in education and development programs defined by a career plan.

Required profile

• Independent, reliable and proactive with strong communication skills.
• Economics‑oriented and interested in banking.
• Retail banking experience is a plus.
• Highly organized.
• Good command of English.
• Comfortable working with a personal computer.
