About the role

The Payroll Calculation Specialist will work in our Zagreb office, handling the accurate processing of employee salaries and ensuring full compliance with accounting regulations. This full‑time position follows a standard 40‑hour week from Monday to Friday, providing a stable work schedule within a supportive environment.

Required profile

• Completed higher education (VŠS/VSS/SSS) in economics, giving a solid foundation in financial principles.
• At least two years of experience in similar payroll or accounting positions, demonstrating practical knowledge of payroll processes.
• Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and learning to stay updated with regulatory changes.
• Positive life attitude and proactive mindset, contributing to a collaborative team culture.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of accounting regulations relevant to payroll processing.
• Proficiency with the MS Office suite, especially Excel for data handling and Word for documentation.
• Basic command of the English language to understand and communicate relevant information.
