About the role

The Transaction Advisor will support clients in managing their current and future financial health, identifying opportunities for improvement, and promoting the bank's products and services. You will work in a dynamic team environment, gaining exposure to digital banking and a structured career development plan.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on their financial situation and future goals.
• Identify and propose opportunities that improve clients' financial outcomes.
• Promote and sell bank products and services, including those of partner institutions.
• Handle cash transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with team members in a fast‑paced branch setting.
• Learn digital banking tools and processes.

Required profile

• Independent, reliable, and proactive with strong communication skills.
• Interest in economics and a desire to explore banking.
• Organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Good command of the English language.
• Experience in retail banking is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
