Training and Certification Associate

About the role

INETEC, a high-tech company designing, developing and producing robotic systems, instruments, software, controllers and probes for the nuclear industry, is looking for a Training and Certification Associate in Donji Stupnik, Croatia. The role supports training and certification processes for NDT equipment while developing technical skills through hands-on experience and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in educating and training personnel in NDT methods under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
• Support certification activities for NDT instruments and equipment.
• Maintain records, documentation and training materials.
• Assist with qualification activities for NDT procedures and equipment.
• Provide basic technical support related to NDT methods and equipment.
• Take part in field testing activities at nuclear power plants.
• Carry out assigned project tasks according to instructions and deadlines.
• Follow internal work procedures and quality requirements, and report progress and challenges to the department head.

Required profile

• Minimum Master's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Basic understanding of NDT methods or a strong interest in the field.
• Willingness to learn relevant standards, codes and procedures (e.g. ASME, EN, ISO).
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to follow instructions, organise tasks and meet deadlines; clear communication and teamwork.

Advantages
