About the role

Fibis d.o.o., a leading distributor of tobacco products in Croatia, is looking for a motivated field sales representative to cover Sisak and its surroundings. The role involves direct interaction with retail outlets, promoting the company’s portfolio and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned sales points regularly to present and sell products.
• Actively sell tobacco products and monitor market trends.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing customers and acquire new ones.
• Introduce new products and promotional activities.
• Monitor stock levels at customer locations and ensure optimal assortment.
• Collect payments according to agreed terms.
• Achieve defined sales targets and plans.
• Record field activities accurately and report to supervisors.
• Track competitor actions and gather market feedback.

Required profile

• Secondary education (high school).
• Minimum 1 year experience in field sales, preferably FMCG.
• Valid B‑category driving licence with active driving experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Independent, proactive and responsible work attitude.
• Result‑oriented with proven ability to meet sales goals.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Elementary English (A2 level).
