About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telecommunications Installer/Technician to join our team in Split. The role involves installing, commissioning, and maintaining IT, telecom and fiber‑optic networks, as well as antenna and telephone systems, both on‑site and in preparation phases.

Key responsibilities

• Install, connect, commission and maintain IT, telecommunications and fiber‑optic networks and systems.
• Install, connect, commission and maintain antenna and telephone systems.
• Use tools and measuring devices independently in daily work.
• Identify and resolve problems and tasks autonomously.
• Perform all other field and preparatory activities as required.

Required profile

• Secondary school or higher technical education in telecommunications, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.
• Willingness to work on‑site, including at heights.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment with flexible hours (shift work, weekend work when needed).
• Professional, proactive and responsible attitude.

Required skills

• Knowledge of telecommunication technologies (desirable).
• Proficiency with measurement tools and equipment.
• Advanced computer usage.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred).
