Sales Advisor for Telemach Services (m/f)

About the role

Euromodus, a proud partner of Telemach Croatia, is looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to promote Telemach mobile, fixed, TV and internet services. The role is based in Split (TC Joker and Prima 3) with additional locations in Trogir and Sinj.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively sell Telemach products and services to existing and potential customers.
• Provide expert advice on the most suitable solutions and packages, tailoring offers to customer needs.
• Achieve set sales targets and contribute to overall business goals.
• Build and maintain long‑term, high‑quality relationships with customers.
• Monitor market trends in the telecom industry and identify new sales opportunities.
• Handle administrative sales documentation and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education (SSS); higher education is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑oriented, result‑driven and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Basic computer skills, especially MS Office.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic environment.
