Technical Support & After‑Sales Engineer – PV Technologies

About the role

SKE Engineering is looking for a Technical Support & After‑Sales Engineer to assist customers, EPCs and partners with Huawei photovoltaic solutions for commercial‑and‑industrial (C&I) and utility‑scale projects. You will work closely with the sales team and field engineers to ensure smooth commissioning, troubleshooting and post‑sale support of PV systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Huawei PV product portfolio, including inverters, central inverters and battery storage solutions.
• Assist sales and partners in designing C&I and utility PV system scenarios.
• Log, track and document support requests in the ticketing system.
• Analyse and troubleshoot system failures, communicating solutions to customers.
• Support on‑site commissioning of inverters and energy storage equipment.
• Represent SKE at customer events and trade fairs as the technical point of contact.

Required profile

• Completed electrical engineering education (apprenticeship or technical college).
• Relevant experience in photovoltaics, renewable energy or on‑site electrical engineering.
• Fluent in Croatian and strong English skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication, solution‑oriented mindset and ability to work in a team.

What we offer
