Technical Sales Support Specialist – Fieldwork Croatia & Slovenia

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Technical Sales Support Specialist to work on‑site across Croatia and Slovenia. You will act as the bridge between end‑users and our product development teams, ensuring that tools and accessories are used effectively and any issues are resolved quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to end‑users, troubleshooting issues and delivering practical solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to help users master our tools.
• Collect user feedback, identify pain points and relay insights to product teams.
• Test new tools with users to verify usability and performance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address user needs and implement improvements.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of technical tools and accessories.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Quick, effective problem‑solving abilities.
• Patience, empathy and a user‑focused attitude.
• Experience delivering training, either in workshops or one‑on‑one settings.
