Technical Consultant – SQL Specialist

About the role

SD Worx is seeking a Technical Consultant with strong SQL expertise to join its team in Zagreb. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and clients to design, implement, and optimise SQL‑based solutions that enhance the HRnet platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain technical solutions within the HRnet application.
• Create and optimise SQL procedures, scripts, and database objects using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Support system integrations and data‑migration projects for new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with developers, consultants, and business analysts to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during implementation and support phases.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.

Required profile

• Experience working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
• Strong SQL and database development skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in Croatian and English.
