Team Leader (Excel Expert)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader with deep expertise in Microsoft Excel to drive our data‑focused projects. The role combines people management, client interaction and advanced data processing to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team: organise daily tasks, support colleagues in achieving targets, monitor efficiency and billing.
• Communicate with clients: build and maintain professional relationships, address inquiries and deliver high‑quality service.
• Advanced data processing: use Excel daily to create reports, analyse data, build tables and optimise business processes.

Required profile

• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, complex formulas and logical functions).
• Proven experience in team leadership, including motivation, delegation and conflict resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients.
• Proactive and analytical mindset, able to spot details in data and make decisions based on insights.
