Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist (m/f)

About the role

Polleo Sport is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment and strengthen our employer brand. You will work closely with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams to attract top talent and create a compelling candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job definition to offer and pre‑employment coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and business needs.
• Write engaging job descriptions and create recruitment marketing materials.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, agencies and educational institutions.
• Develop and continuously improve recruitment and employer‑branding policies, processes, tools and reporting standards.
• Screen applications and conduct structured, competency‑based interviews.
• Maintain timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Represent Polleo Sport at career fairs, university events and networking activities.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, candidate feedback, market trends and branding results.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, employment legislation and data‑protection rules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment.
• Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing or HR communications is a plus.
• Strong English skills and proficiency in the local language.
• Interest in sport, fitness, healthy living or consumer brands is advantageous.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR/recruitment platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
