About the role

Vertiv Croatia is expanding its production plant in Rugvica and is looking for a Maintenance Associate to ensure the reliability and productivity of all machines, tools and equipment. The role supports the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) philosophy and provides backup for the technical worker when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly inspections of tools, machines and equipment.
• Organise servicing for any faulty tools, machines or equipment.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventories, warranty copies and certification records on the network.
• Train operators on safe and efficient use of tools and machinery.
• Manage key control, including duplication and secure storage.
• Handle urgent deliveries, meter readings (gas, electricity, water) and pool‑car care.
• Carry out minor repairs, installations and support the technical worker during absences.
• Participate in Kaizen and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Secondary education, preferably in an electrical or technical field.
• At least 1 year of relevant maintenance experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn and undergo further training.
