About the role

We are looking for a Payment Collections Associate (m/f) to join our team in Zagreb. The role involves negotiating payment plans, handling inbound and outbound calls, and ensuring smooth administration of collections.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate payment plans that meet the expectations of all involved parties.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls and administer related processes.
• Receive intensive onboarding, followed by group and individual training.
• Work in a dynamic environment with regular, secure earnings and a variable incentive component.

Required profile

• Build trust quickly with customers through understanding needs and clear communication.
• Flexible, structured, and a true team player.
• Strong communication skills.
• Patient and able to adapt to interlocutors.
• Proactive and persistent in achieving set goals.
• Available for morning and afternoon shifts.
• Good computer skills and proficiency in English.
