About the role

Join the Arriva team as a Technical Service Associate, supporting the maintenance and operational readiness of our vehicle fleet. You will work closely with the investment maintenance planner and service managers to ensure all assets are compliant and well‑maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating the investment maintenance plan in collaboration with the PJ manager and OJ Service leader.
• Maintain records of preventive inspections, annual vehicle registrations, tachograph devices, and fire extinguishers.
• Order spare parts and materials through the procurement department and track orders.
• Manage inventory documentation for spare parts and tools stored in the warehouse.
• Generate weekly and monthly fleet reports according to established procedures.
• Coordinate service activities, track work orders, and handle invoicing.
• Supervise service staff and liaise with the traffic department.
• Implement occupational safety and fire protection measures in the service area.
• Ensure proper maintenance of work equipment and deactivate faulty items.

Required profile

• Secondary school (SSS), higher technical school (VŠS) or university degree (VSS) in a technical field.
• Experience with electronic testing devices is preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficiency in at least one foreign language, both spoken and written.
