About the role
New Yorker Croatia is looking for enthusiastic sales associates to join its retail teams across multiple locations in Croatia. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers find the right fashion items while ensuring the store runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalized advice to customers and answer product‑related questions.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure displays are attractive.
- Sort, transport, and move goods within the store.
- Declare and secure merchandise according to store procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the retail environment.
Required profile
- Completed secondary education (SSS).
- Strong customer orientation and a passion for fashion trends.
- Team‑player attitude with good communication skills and flexibility.
- High level of engagement and willingness to learn.
