About the role

The Customer Support Associate will assist users of an energy company with inquiries related to gas, electricity and smart energy solutions. The role involves handling calls and other communication channels, providing accurate information and ensuring a friendly, professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries about gas, electricity and smart energy solutions via phone and other channels.
• Provide information on invoices, data changes, services and request statuses.
• Resolve queries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Record interactions in the system and maintain the customer database.

Required profile

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward customers.
• Motivation to achieve goals and work efficiently.
• Team spirit and willingness to learn from colleagues.
• Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
